For both 2008 and 2009, Bristol's Joker has been creating some of the most lucid, purple funk bangers that the Dubstep community has ever seen, and this track, City Hopper, a song found on his forthcoming debut LP, is certainly no exception. This rip, taken from Ginz' Data Transmission #59 mix, is as powerful as any of his previous cuts, if not more so.
